Shayna Newham-Joynes and Bruce Robinson are the Green Party candidates for the by-elections on 27th July. Voters in the wards of St Peter an the Waterfront and Plymstock Dunstone are asked to choose new councillors after the death of Dunstone Councillor Vivien Pengelly and after St Peter and the Waterfront Councillor Sue McDonald had resigned citing health reasons.
