Byran has worked in Children’s services for over 10 years and understands how Local Government and the local community can work together to create the best outcomes for residents.
He was brought up in a Services family with his dad and uncle both serving in the army. He also trained in the Territorial Army from age 18 to 20, which has given him a huge amount of respect for the dedication and hard work required from serving personnel and their families.
Having attended Plymouth University and continuing to frequent James Street Vaults as his local pub, he is fully aware of the needs of the residents in Drake ward. If elected, he will bring fresh energy to the council, along with time, skills, and experience to be a stronger voice for Drake. He will put Drake residents first, before party politics.
Drake is part of the Plymouth Sutton & Devonport Parlimentary Constituency.
Drake is a two-seat ward.
The last local election for Drake was held in May 2022.
Plymouth Green Party didn't stand a candidate here in the last election.
